Problem & Underage Gambling Training Site

This training is an integral part of OASAS’ mission to prepare prevention providers, across New York State, to effectively address and prevent the adverse effects of problem and underage gambling. This training will prepare participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to act as the youth gambling contact in their catchment area. Participants will gain baseline information about emerging trends in gaming and gambling, risks for youth, prevention strategies, and helpful resources. Additionally, participants will be prepared to confidently present and answer questions about youth gambling from the community as needed.
